Heading to the Big Apple

for the annual Allman Brothers Concert Pilgrimage. Carey is coming by train from Montana. We are meeting Jim's old roommate, from Detroit, for dinner tonight. We are meeting two other couples friends other nights. Jim will go to three concerts, as well as take Carey and me to see The Dinner Party at the Brooklyn Museum. We will reconnoiter the Phoenix Gallery, which will host a Girls Gotta Run exhibit at some point in the future. I will meet two of our NYC artists. Carey will do her doctor appts at Sloan Kettering! On the "home" front, I read in the Post this a.m. that the Democrats are reintroducing the equal rights amendment. It's only been about 150 plus years since women and intelligent men began advocating for it. I wonder if its time has come yet. Wouldn't want to rush it.
